1. Shipping Information
- We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.
- Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days after payment is received.
- Shipping times vary by location but generally range from 3–6 business days.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and selected delivery method.
2. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if available).
3. Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns of unused, unopened items within 15 days of delivery.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at customercare@biblelandbooks.com with your order number in the heading, and provide your reason for return and a picture of the item.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once returned items are received and inspected.
- Please allow 7-10 business days for refunds to appear on your account.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of receipt, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Digital products, downloadable content, and gift cards are non-refundable.
- Personalized or custom items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
